The honor is given to programs whose multi-year Academic Progress Rate scores are among the top 10 percent of all squads in their respective sports.
PULLMAN, Wash. – Washington State University men's and women's golf programs were recognized by the NCAA for ranking in the top 10 percent for Academic Performance Rate (APR) scores in 2017-18, it was announced Wednesday.
This marks the fifth-consecutive year the women's golf program achieved a perfect four-year APR score of 1,000 and received public recognition by the NCAA.
"This recognition is the culmination of tremendous work by our men's and women's golf student-athletes, coaches and academic staff, and they are to be applauded for their efforts," said WSU Faculty Athletics Representative Nancy Swanger.
