SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. (March 30, 2024) – Washington State men's golf closed the book on The Goodwin with a 21st-place finish among the 31-team field following a 3-round score of 27-over, 867.
In the final day, the team recorded their best round of the event, shooting a 2-over, 282 behind a pair of under-par performances from sophomore Sam Renner and senior Preston Bebich.
Renner wrapped up the event at 3-over, 213 to finish in a tie for 33rd place. In Saturday's round three, he finished up the front nine at 1-under with a birdie on hole four, and then after making the turn, eagled hole 10 to move to 3-under.
