PULLMAN, Wash. - For the first time in her career, sophomore Taylor McCoy was named Pac-12 Swimmer of the Week as announced by the conference office Wednesday morning.
McCoy nabbed the conference honor after posting three individual wins against No. 14 Arizona earlier this month, making her the first Cougar to earn Pac-12 Swimmer of the Week in program history.
McCoy leads the team with 13 individual first-place finishes this season. The Pullman, Wash. native also owns team-bests in the 100 and 200 back and 200 and 400 IM.
