Tis the season for fairly meaningless post-spring rankings and such, but as we all know, it's still pretty cool to see WSU players recognized heading into the much-anticipated 2016 season. After all, it wasn't that long ago that WSU was the most irrelevant program in the Pac-12.
How times have changed. Jon Wilner of the San Jose Mercury News put together his post-spring all-conference teams, and WSU leads the way on his offensive first team with three players: Quarterback Luke Falk, wide receiver Gabe Marks, and right tackle Cole Madison.
Falk and Marks are no surprise -- both were on the Pac-12's 2015 first team as voted on by coaches -- but their inclusion is even higher praise when you consider that Wilner only selects one quarterback and two wide receivers to form an actual "team.
