MINNEAPOLIS – Washington State women's basketball sophomore Charlisse Leger-Walker was named to the 2021-21 Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA) All-American honorable mention team Thursday, March 31. It is Leger-Walker's second-consecutive WBCA All-American honorable mention selection.
The guard from Waikato, New Zealand was one of nine Pac-12 Conference players to be named to the WBCA All-American team. Leger-Walker is the first WSU player to earn an All-American distinction from the WBCA, earning the honor in 2020-21 and in 2021-22.
Leger-Walker had a spectacular sophomore season, in which she was named All-Pac-12 for the second-straight season.
