In Case You Missed It
SEATTLE – Playing for the first time in nearly three weeks, the Cougars (4-1-1) left the Westside with heartbreak as No. 23 Washington (6-1-2) took home the first half of the Boeing Apple Cup Series with a 2-1 win at Seattle Friday night. For nearly 90 minutes the Cougars fought an uphill battle back into the contest only to see the game literally slip through their hands on a rainy wet night at Husky Soccer Stadium when the Huskies scored with just :18 seconds to go in regulation to grab the victory.
Last second heartbreak in Seattle
