For the second time in three years, Klay Thompson and the Golden State Warriors are NBA Champions. After coming out to a perfect 15-0 in post season, the Warriors dropped game 4 in Cleveland against the Cavaliers and finished off the series Monday night in Oakland with a 129-120 win.
Thompson started out this series quiet as he had just 6 points on 3 of 16 shooting and missed all 5 three point attempts in game 1. He picked it up in game 2 when he shot 8 of 12 and scored 22 points. The streak continued as he scored 30 points in game 3 and went 6-11 from beyond the arc.
