SAN FRANCISCO (March 31, 2025) – Washington State Women's Golf recorded the best second-round team score in the field to sit fourth while sophomore Alice Johansson and freshman Agnes Brink are both among the Top-10 through two rounds of the USF Invitational held at The Olympic Club Monday.
The Cougars posted a +7 second-round score, the best round among all eight competing teams by two strokes. WSU improved three spots during the second round and heads into Tuesday's final round in fourth at +28, seven strokes off the leader Nevada.
Johansson opened the day with a two-over 73 before using a pair of birdies in the second round to finish the day in ninth at +5, five strokes off the co-leaders at even.
