The Washington State Cougars’ 2022 recruiting class broke its month-long dry spell on Sunday when defensive back Javan Robinson followed up his official visit to Pullman with a verbal commitment.
Robinson — from Winter Garden, Florida — does not yet have a composite recruiting rating, but 247Sports.com recently assigned him a grade of 85, which would be considered a mid-level three-star recruit. Robinson chose WSU over offers from Arkansas State, Austin Peay, Florida Atlantic, and Middle Tennessee State.
Robinson is a bit on the small side, reported at 5-foot-11 and 160 pounds.
