The football season ended Dec. 19 and since then all has been quiet on the football front. That all changed yesterday when now-former Tennessee Volunteers quarterback Jarrett Guarantano announced his transfer to Washington State:
He’ll have one year of eligibility and was originally a 2016 four-star prospect out of Bergen Catholic in New Jersey. He was the nation’s top-rated dual threat quarterback coming out of high school and played four years at Tennessee. Guarantano is a career 61.1% passer and went 8-5 his junior season—Tennessee’s only winning season with him behind center.
