BOCA RATON, Fla. -- Washington State freshman 's fourth-place finish led the USA U20 Men's team to the team gold medal at the 13th Annual North American, Central American and Caribbean (NACAC) Cross Country Championships in Boca Raton, Florida, Saturday morning.
Janke, from Spokane, Wash., ran the South Country Regional Park 6,500 meters course in a time of 19 minutes 22.36 seconds. The top three U20 men were Kiernan Lumb from Canada and Auturo Is Reyna Tristan from Mexico who tied for first with a time of 19:19.42. Victor Ortiz, from Puerto Rico, took third in a time of 19:22.
