SAN BERNARDINO, Calif. – Incoming Washington State University men’s basketball guard, Charles Callison, has been named the Press-Enterprise College Men’s Athlete of the Year following his sophomore year at San Bernardino Valley College, the publication announced.
The Press-Enterprise is a daily newspaper that serves the Inland Empire in Southern Calif. It is the primary newspaper for Riverside County with heavy readership in neighboring San Bernardino County. The honor takes into account all public and private two and four year colleges and universities in the Press-Enterprise coverage area, such as San Bernardino Valley, Mt. San Jacinto College, Riverside City College, Cal Baptist, UC Riverside, La Sierra, Redlands and Cal State San Bernardino.
