SELAH, Yakima County — Authorities who thought they were raiding a meth lab instead found more than 30 fighting cocks and related equipment, a Washington State Patrol spokesman said.
They also arrested one person and seized more than $4,000 in cash, methamphetamine packaging equipment and a stolen gun, said State Patrol Sgt. O. Wilson, who heads the Law Enforcement Against Drugs Task Force. The task force is composed of local police and the State Patrol.
