Ian Book, WSU's lone QB commit in the 2016 recruiting class, has flipped to Notre Dame, according to a report from Adam Gorney of Rivals.com.
Book is a consensus three-star prospect who is rated the 21st pro-style QB by 247sports. Here's what he had to say via Twitter:
WSU originally secured Book's commitment back in April, when he was the first member of the Cougars' 2016 class. Since then, it appeared he was doing a lot of recruiting on behalf of WSU -- not unusual for a QB who gets in the fold early -- even as recently as July.
