The Washington State women will start the season with four straight home games and won’t play a true road game until more than a month into the season.
That sounds like the perfect way for a first year coach to start her tenure at a new school.
Washington State announced their non-conference schedule for the 2018-19 season on Tuesday. In her first season, Kamie Ethridge and the Cougs will play six games on home court and will only play one true road game, along with a quartet of games at neutral sites.
Ethridge’s tenure as head coach will start on November 2 with an exhibition game against Warner Pacific.
