Washington State Volleyball outside hitter Taylor Mims won one of Montana’s highest awards this past weekend when she was named the female winner of the Little Sullivan Award. The award is given to someone who is from the state of Montana and has shown great class, has good character, and has excelled in their sport. It has been given yearly since 1955 to one male and one female recipient.
Mims, who is originally from Billings, Montana, was the leader for the Cougars this past season and was named to the All-Pac-12 first team as well as honorable mention for multiple All-American lists.
