Washington State will return home today after earning their first Pac-12 road series win since 2017 to host Gonzaga in a mid week matchup. First pitch is scheduled for 3:05 pm at Bailey-Brayton field and can be seen on the Washington State athletics website.
The Cougs (16-11) took the first and final game of the series against Utah over the weekend and have now won four of their last five games. In game two of the three game series, the Cougs held a 7-3 lead heading into the bottom of the 7th inning but allowed the Utes to put up 7 runs in the bottom half of the inning that gave them the 10-7 lead that would win them the game.
