A week after weather forced the Cougars original home opening series to be relocated to Nevada, the school announced that there will be some changes to the times of their new home opener against California State Northridge this weekend.
The first game will now be at 1:00 pm on Friday instead of the original 4:05 start time. The second of the three game series will continue on Saturday at 1:00 instead of 2:00 pm and the finale will remain the same with first pitch coming at noon.
The Matadors (5-6) are coming off of a dropped series against #17 Michigan where the Wolverines took the first two before the Matadors managed to win the finale in the second game of a double header.
