The Washington State baseball team will head North to Spokane today to take on the Gonzaga Bulldogs at 6:00 p.m. After taking the first of three against the Zags 4-3 on April 3rd, the Cougs will look to earn their first win in Spokane since 2014.
The Cougars are coming off of a three game series against California last weekend. The Bears took the first two games of the series 13-6 and 6-3 before the series finale where the Cougs were able to pull off a 4-3 win in the 10th inning.
This has been a month of “first in a long time” moments for the Cougs as they beat Gonzaga for the first time at home since 2015 a few weeks ago.
