Hazmat crews from several fire departments responded late Wednesday night to reports of a chemical leak at a shipping and receiving facility in Kent.

A 55-gallon drum of organic peroxide was punctured by a forklift at a facility in the 6200 block of South 228th Street, according to a Kent Fire Department news release. The driver was evaluated by King County paramedics and released.
