BURNABY, British Columbia – The Washington State University women's rowing team placed three pairs in the final 250-meter sprint at the Burnaby Lake Small Boat Invitational, and sophomore and junior won the 4,000-meter time trial and the title of Regatta Champions by winning the sprint, Saturday.
"Today was a good day of racing for this group against a strong field of competition," WSU Associate Head Coach said. "This was the first time we've raced in the single sculls at this regatta, so that was a great experience for those athletes.
