Week 1 of the NFL preseason wasn’t exactly kind to Gardner Minshew. He completed just 50 percent of his passes for only 46 yards. Week 2 looked a lot more like the Gardner Minshew we know and love.
Minshew again got the start and this time and this time completed 19-of-29 passes for 202 yards. It was a nice bounce back from his debut, and may have been good enough to lock up the No. 2 job for the Jaguars. He also got to see his former blindside protector.
Meanwhile, it appears Dillard has had enough of training camp.
