PHOENIX – Washington State women's golf sophomore Madelyn Gamble posted her second-straight under par round at the 2023 Pac-12 Women's Golf Championship, as she ended the second round sitting inside the top five on the player leaderboard.
Gamble moved into a tie for fourth place on the player leaderboard after carding 2-under 70 in the second round of the Pac-12 Championship. The Pleasant Hill, California native heads into Wednesday's finale with a two-round score of 3-under 141, just six strokes off the lead and two strokes behind second place.
As a team, Washington State shaved four strokes off its team score in the second round as the Cougars carded 5-over 293.
