PULLMAN, Wash. – Four current Washington State soccer players will be training and competing this summer with amateur teams from the Women’s Premier Soccer League and independent clubs. Senior Kaitlyn Johnson, sophomore Maddy Haro, and incoming freshmen Tarah Patterson and Emele Chaddock are all participating in developmental organizations that allow college soccer players the opportunity to compete alongside other amateurs and international players, while maintaining collegiate eligibility.
Senior Kaitlyn Johnson and incoming freshman Tarah Patterson will compete for the Colorado Pride this summer. Johnson, a forward from Torrance, Calif., returns to the club after helping the team to the W-League Championship in 2015.
