Five dogs and four guns were seized from a couple charged with running a dog-fighting operation in South Seattle, according to charging documents released Tuesday.
After the Seattle Animal Shelter received complaints of dogs owned by 30-year-old Erich Daulo and 35-year-old Tammy Nguyen tied up and barking in a yard, authorities investigated, charging documents say. One officer noticed a dog with scars on its face, neck and shoulder area, “consistent with scarring found on dogs involved in illegal animal fighting,” the documents say.
