SAN FRANCISCO – The Washington State men's golf team moved five spots up the team leaderboard during the second round at The Goodwin, Friday, March 31, as the Cougars ended their second day of play at TPC Harding Park in 12th place after shooting 1-over 281.
Junior Nate Plaster had his best round as a Coug, as the Spokane native carded a career-best 2-under 68 during Friday's second round. Plaster caught fire over his final nine holes of play, as the junior shot 4-under over on holes 1-9 after starting his day on hole 10.
