FORT COLLINS, Colo. - After a long hard fought season in the nation's top rated conference, the Washington State women's basketball team has earned a spot in the postseason as the Pac-12's automatic qualifier for the Women's National Invitational Tournament (WNIT). The first round of the 20th edition of the WNIT tips off Wednesday through Friday at host sites around the country to be determined later tonight. The Cougs will await to see who they will play in the opening round of the tournament and if they will host the first round contest or pack up and hit the road.
