AUSTIN, Texas -- Washington State will have three competitors at the NCAA DI Outdoor Track and Field Championships June 7-10 at Hayward Field in Eugene. Hammer thrower and intermediate hurdler advanced from the NCAA West Region Preliminary Rounds at Mike A. Myers Stadium on the University of Texas campus in Austin. 's season-best heptathlon mark qualified her prior to the Prelims.
In Saturday's competition in Austin, ,the WSU men's 4x100m relay squad of (junior, Bremerton, Wash.), (sophomore, Pleasanton, Calif.), (sophomore, Issaquah, Wash.) and (senior, Allyn, Wash.) ran a time of season-best time of 40.
