The team came back to beat Oregon on the second day of competition
The WSU women's golf team won the 1st Playoff Hole on Tuesday to win the match over Oregon at the Las Vegas Country Club.
The Cougars earned three points and held the Ducks to two on the second day of the dual, resulting in a tie with both teams having a two-day total of four total points. The tie sent the teams to the sudden death playoff, where the Cougars scored an even par and the Ducks went 1 over.
Senior Alivia Brown, sophomore Marie Lund-Hansen, and redshirt freshman Emily Baumgart all won their singles matches for the day.
