PULLMAN, Wash. – The Washington State men’s golf team will host a fall tournament and travel to Hawaii twice as part of its 2015-16 tournament schedule, WSU Head Coach Garrett Clegg announced Friday.
The Cougars will open their 2015-16 season in Pebble Beach, Calif., at the Saint Mary’s Invitational, Sept. 14-16. Teams will compete at the recently-renovated Poppy Hills Golf Course in a 15-team field, 10 of which ranked in the top 100 in the final Golfstat national rankings. In the second tournament of the season, WSU will travel west to Cle Elum, Wash., for the annual Husky Invitational, Sept.
