PULLMAN, Wash. (October 29, 2023) – Five players scored in double figures for Washington State in a 92-51 exhibition victory over Montan Western University at Beasley Coliseum Sunday.
The Cougars received 17-point efforts from and Eleanora Villa while tallied 16 points, scored 15 and added 10. Wallack nearly tallied a double-double after grabbing nine rebounds and came down with a game-high 11 while Leger-Walker recorded a game-high seven assists and Tuhina dished out five.
WSU combined for nine blocked shots, dished 19 assists and shot 53 percent from the field.
The Cougars scored the game's first 11 points and finished the opening quarter with a 26-9 lead after holding MWU to 3-of-15 from the floor.
