STANFORD, Calif. (March 28, 2025) – For the second consecutive day, Washington State Men's Golf shot a 17-over, 297, and finished Friday up two spots from its opening round and tied for 22nd overall at The Goodwin, held at the par 70, 6,742-yard Stanford Golf Course.
While the Cougars completed their second round, two competitors were on their final hole and will conclude their round Saturday morning. WSU sits tied for 22nd with a 36-hole score of 594, 34 over par. SMU and UCLA are tied atop the leader board at 5-under, 555.
On Friday, junior Sam Renner posted a 2-over, 72, a round which included four birdies on his card.
