BREMERTON, Wash. – Washington State Men's Golf fired a 9-under, 279, the third-lowest round of the day, as it finished tied for sixth following the final round of the 2023 Husky Invitational Tuesday, played at the par-72, 7,115-yard Gold Mountain Olympic Course.
The Cougars, which started the day in 10th place, jumped four spots after shooting their best round of the tournament to finish at 3-under, 861. Host Washington (-40) captured the title, followed by Oklahoma (-14), California (-12) and Oregon State (-12).
"I'm proud of the fight the guys showed and we had a solid finish," said WSU Head Coach Dustin White.
