LA QUINTA, Calif. (Feb. 19, 2025) – Washington State Men's Golf shot a 2-under, 282, it's best round of the tournament, while junior Sam Renner posted a third-straight round under par to finish tied for second overall following the third and final round at The Prestige Wednesday, played on the par-71, 7,127-yard Greg Norman Course at PGA West.
As a team, the Cougars finished the third round with a 15-stroke improvement over Tuesday, shooting 2-under, 282, to finish the 54-hole event at 23-over, 875, in 22nd place. San Diego shot a blistering 18-under Wednesday to capture the team title with a three-round score of 29-under, 16 strokes ahead of runner-up Texas Tech.
