Coming into this season, it was pretty clear that, if the Cougar women were going to get back on track, Borislava Hristova was going to lead the way.
On Tuesday night, the redshirt senior did exactly that.
Hristova recorded 23 points to lead Washington State to a dominant 85-48 win over Pepperdine. She was one of four Cougar players to reach double figures in the win. Chanelle Molina put up 13 points, while Emma Nankervis and Bella Murekatete each added 10 points a piece.
Hristova also passed the 1,711 career point milestone in the win, moving into second place all-time in program history.
