PULLMAN, Wash. – Seven incoming student-athletes signed National Letters of Intent to the Washington State swimming team, head coach Tom Jager announced earlier this week.
"This year's class is the most athletic and physical recruiting classes that we have put together at WSU," head coach Tom Jager said. "It is important to be a great athlete to compete in the Pac-12 Conference and I think these young women will compete at the highest level."
Sophia Balmaceda is out of American High School in Fremont, Calif., and is a member of the Palo Alto Stanford Aquatics club.
