It was a very quiet Week 3 for the Cougars in the NFL, in large part to some injury issues. Of the seven Cougs on NFL rosters heading into Week 3, three are on injured reserve. Andre Dillard is out for the season, while it appears Jalen Thompson and Joe Dahl could be back in action soon.
It was also not a good week for their teams either. The seven players combined to go 2-4-1 this week and the two wins only occurred because teams played each other. Even Dillard’s Eagles couldn’t get a win against the Bengals and had to settle for a tie.
