PULLMAN, Wash. – Junior college transfer, Carter Skaggs (6-5, Logansport, Ind./Chipola College-Fla.), has signed a Financial Aid Agreement (FAA) to join the Washington State men's basketball program beginning with the 2017-18 season, WSU head coach Ernie Kent announced Thursday.
"To get a player of Carter's caliber at this point in the year is unique and fortunate," Kent said. "He will be a great asset to the team with his ability to shoot the ball and his high basketball IQ.
