Career Effort Nets Hristova Pac-12 Player of the Week

The star forward scored 38 points in a road victory at rival Washington.

PULLMAN, Wash. - For just the second time in her illustrious career, star forward Borislava Hristova was named the Pac-12 Player of the Week as announced by the conference office Monday morning. Hristova nabbed the top conference honors after leading her Cougars to a road win over rival Washington in the Boeing Apple Cup Series Sunday afternoon to tip off Pac-12 play. Hristova was previously named player of the week Jan. 8, 2018 for the first time after a career weekend against Colorado and Utah.
