PULLMAN, Wash. (April 14, 2023) – Washington State posted a 6-3 series-opening win over Arizona at Bailey-Brayton Field Friday evening.
Washington State improved to 20-12 overall and 6-9 in Pac-12 Conference play after relievers and combined to hold Arizona to just two hits over the final five scoreless innings. Liss picked up the win with 1.1 innings while Wilford earned the save with 3.2 scoreless frames.
