The saga of Robert Barber’s potential expulsion from WSU was a long one following a brawl he allegedly participated in off-campus back in July. Ultimately, a Whitman County judge stayed it in November and Barber could not only come back to the classroom but get back on the field.
Barber will, however, be back in a courtroom soon.
Pullman Radio is reporting that the Whitman County prosecutor has decided to charge Barber with 2nd degree assault, the charge he was originally booked on last summer. He’ll be in court for a hearing on March 17th.
