Armstrong Named to the Google Cloud Academic All-District Team

The honor is the second for the Cougar golfer in the last week.

PULLMAN, Wash. – Washington State men's golfer, AJ Armstrong, was named to the Google Cloud Academic All-District 8 Men's At-Large Team, selected by CoSIDA, the organization announced.

A native of St. Alberta, Alberta, Armstrong becomes just the second Cougar golfer to earn CoSIDA Academic All-District honors, as Roger Flynn was named to the all-district second team in 2000.

The leader on the course and in the classroom for the Cougars, Armstrong became the first WSU golfer to earn Pac-12 All-Academic First Team honors in three-straight seasons since Jordan Madison accomplished the feat with four-consecutive awards from 2004-07.
