SAN FRANCISCO – Washington State senior men’s golf student-athlete Michael Anderson was named to the Pac-12 All-Academic First Team, conference commissioner Larry Scott announced Wednesday.
Anderson graduated this spring with a degree in accounting and a 3.52 grade point average. The Phoenix, Ariz., native earned academic honors for the third-consecutive season, having been named to the second team as a junior and the first team as a sophomore. Anderson finished his WSU career with a scoring average of 73.88, the seventh-best scoring average in program history. Eleven times in his career he finished in the top1-, tied for sixth-most in school history.
