SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. – The Washington State men's golf team is in seventh place after two rounds of play, Saturday, at the Desert Mountain Intercollegiate.
WSU shot 6-over through two to bring its two-round total to 582. Host-school Michigan leads the tournament at 14-under par (562), followed by Northwestern and Kansas which are both tied for second (-8, 568). The Cougars lead Pac-12 competitor Utah (+17, 593) by 11 strokes.
After shooting under par in each round, junior Zach Anderson leads the team and is tied for 11th (-2, 142).
