Tallahassee, Fla.- Washington State men's cross country runner junior Amir Ado closed out the season at the 2021 NCAA Cross Country National Championships in Tallahassee, Florida Saturday, Nov. 20. The lone WSU runner finished the 10,000m race in 195th place with a time of 31:06.3 at the Apalachee Regional Park course.
Ado is the first Cougar men's runner to compete at the NCAA Cross Country Championships since the WSU men competed as a team at the 2017 NCAA Cross Country Championships in Louisville, Kentucky.
Northern Arizona won the 31-team competition with 92 points.
