COUGARS CAPITALIZE AT HOME: In the Cougars’ third tournament of the year, WSU welcomed a talented, Pac-12-filled field to Pullman…redshirt-senior Sang Lee fired a three-round 204 to tie for first place and earn his first career title…Lee’s score ties for the second-best three-round score in school history…in the second round Lee carded a 65 to lead WSU to a team score of 270…the mark ties for the best single-round team score in school history.
WSU STOCK IMPROVES IN STOCKTON: To close the fall season, Washington State traveled to Stockton, Calif., to compete in the Pacific Invitational…the Cougars distanced themselves in the final round of the event, finishing 7-under (211) in the final round to earn their lone team title of the season…the title gave WSU Head Coach Garrett Clegg his fifth tournament title in four years.
