Just four seasons ago, Kirk Cousins and the Washington Redskins took advantage of weak divisional competition to earn an automatic playoff bid with a record of 9-7. Last year, the NFC East looked nothing like its shell of a self in 2015; two teams made the playoffs, and each team won a playoff game.

Almost every season, the pecking order changes in the NFC East. There hasn’t been a repeat winner of the division since the early 2000s, when the Eagles took home the crown two years in a row. With the Eagles winning in 2017, and the Cowboys in 2018, one would think the Redskins have a chance.
