Local Military Members Open Training Camp For the Redskins

The Washington Redskins and USAA Host 50 Military Members at Redskins Training Center

Training camp officially began today for the Washington Redskins at Bon Secours Training Center. There was a lot of excitement and anticipation leading up to today. For 50 members of our Armed Forces the excitement level was especially high. In a once-in-a-lifetime experience, local members of every branch of the military trained like the Redskins as part of USAA's NFL Boot Camp.

Each of the 50 invited participants competed in five drills like the ones used to evaluate players at events like the Combine and NCAA Pro days.
