It’s always disappointing when a team fails to qualify for the postseason. That obviously happened to the Redskins in 2017. With the NFL playoffs getting underway shortly, the team is home in the D.C. area preparing for the offseason. One of the biggest areas they are going to have to address is the quarterback position.
Once again, Kirk Cousins is hitting the free agent market and the team’s only alternative to him currently is Colt McCoy. The 2017 season did little to establish what the long-term future at the position is, as there are currently more questions than answers about what the team can get from their signal callers.
