1. Carter is coming to the NFC East after spending the first six seasons in the AFC.
Drafted out of Fresno State in the fifth round of the 2011 NFL Draft, Carter previously played for the Pittsburgh Steelers, Cincinnati Bengals, Baltimore Ravens and Indianapolis Colts before signing with the Washington Redskins last week.
For his career, Carter has appeared in 62 regular season games, collecting 37 tackles along with a pass defensed.
